Everyone knows the perils of refined sugar: weight gain, diabetes...cancer? In this week's episode, we review a study looking at the risk of cancer with increased consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages. We also talk about the different types of artificial sweeteners you might see on a nutrition label, their impact, and recommended daily consumption.
